Every new account can run 10 quote requests free with all features. No card is needed, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue.
Monthly plans
- Cancel at any time from account settings
- The plan stays active until the end of the current month
- Monthly fees already paid are not refunded
Yearly plans
- Cancel within 14 days of the first yearly payment for a full refund
- After 14 days, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year and is not refunded
- Renewal reminders are sent 30 days before each yearly renewal
Reducing buyer seats
Removing seats takes effect from the next billing period. Seats are not refunded part way through a period.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, the difference is refunded in full once confirmed.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
