Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of the company you represent, and confirm that you are authorised to do so.
The service
The platform lets your team send requests for quotation to vendors, read and compare the quotes they return, score vendors, receive price alerts, onboard new vendors, route purchase orders for approval and analyse spend. Features available to you depend on your plan.
Accounts and buyer seats
- A buyer seat is needed for each person who creates RFQs or raises purchase orders
- Approvers, finance viewers and vendors do not need a paid seat
- Seats are for named individuals and may not be shared
- You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account
Free trial
New accounts may run 10 quote requests free with full features. When the trial ends, the account moves to read-only until a paid plan is chosen. Trial data is kept for 30 days.
Communication with vendors
RFQs and purchase orders are sent to vendors by email and WhatsApp at your instruction. You confirm that you have a business relationship with, or a legitimate reason to contact, each vendor you add, and that the contact details you provide are accurate.
AI recommendations
Extracted values, comparisons, vendor scores and recommendations are produced to assist your team. They are advisory. Your company remains responsible for reviewing quotes and for every purchase decision and purchase order approved through the platform.
Your data
- Purchase data, vendor records and documents you upload remain the property of your company
- You grant us the limited right to process that data only to provide the service
- You may export your data at any time while your account is active
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share
- Do not attempt to access another customer's data or interfere with the service
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed per buyer seat, monthly or yearly in advance, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes are added to the invoice. Seat additions are charged pro rata for the rest of the billing period.
Availability and support
We work to keep the platform available at all times, apart from planned maintenance announced in advance. Support is provided through the channels included in your plan.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms after notice, or immediately where the breach puts other customers or vendors at risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for the outcome of purchase decisions made by your team.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
