Vendor Scorecards

A vendor’s promise, weighed against their record.

Every delivery, rejection and price change becomes part of the vendor’s record. Drdhasyu turns it into a score you can explain to your team, your auditors and the vendor.

Before

  • Vendor reputation lives in one buyer’s memory
  • Late deliveries forgotten by the next order
  • Quality rejections tracked on paper at the store
  • No fair way to tell a vendor why they lost

Questions

About Vendor Scorecards

Can we change how the score is weighted?

Yes. Admins can set how much delivery, quality, price and response speed count for, per category.

Do new vendors start at zero?

No. New vendors are marked as unrated until they have enough orders, so they are not unfairly penalised.

Can vendors see their scores?

Only if you share the scorecard export with them. Scores are private to your company by default.
