Outlier quotes
A quote far above the item’s usual rate is marked before it reaches the approver.

Contract expiry
Rate contracts and annual agreements get reminders 30 and 7 days before they lapse.
Item price history
Every rate quoted and paid for an item, by vendor, on one timeline.

Questions
About Price Watch
How is the usual rate worked out?
From your own purchase history for that item, weighted toward recent orders. You can also enter a reference rate.
Will we get too many alerts?
Each alert fires once per event and respects the limits you set, so routine movements stay quiet.
Does it use market prices?
It uses your own quotes and orders first. For commodities like steel, you can add a reference price for comparison.
Your next ten purchases, weighed for free.
The scale settles level when every quote has been weighed fairly. Ten quote requests with full comparison, vendor scores and PO approvals. No card needed.
